Fluggebiete Davos Klosters

Flight area Jakobshorn

In the wind-protected flying arena on the Jakobshorn in Davos, flying is possible all year round. With its take-off possibilities in almost all directions, the Jakobshorn is the main flying mountain in Davos. The two sections of the Jakobshorn cable car provide easy access to the summit and from there to the launch sites.

Especially in the winter, people often start from the Jatzhütte. From the Jakobshorn summit, the Jatzhütte can be reached in about 10 minutes. In case of zero wind a fast sprint is necessary here. If you can’t get out at the Jatzhütte you can walk towards Chalet Güggel and take the Güggelbahn back to the summit.
